Backstroke flags are usually stretched between 2 backstroke posts 5 meters from the end of the pool to inform backstrokers the wall is 5 meters infront of them

• White flags with blue eyeline logo & yellow binding tape at top
• 6 Lane has 22 flags to length
• 8 Lane has 32 flags to length
• 10 Lane has 42 flags to length
